Legal forms for Polish Supplementary Schools

Polish Supplementary Schools, as non-profit organisations, can take a number of different legal forms.

We present the material relating to possible legal forms for Supplementary Schools in Great Britain prepared by solicitor Agata Dmoch, as part of the training “Managing of a Polish Supplementary School’ organised by us in April and July 2014. This material also contains information and some useful links regarding the writing of a governing document for each of the described legal forms.

Please see also a training video presenting the possible legal structures for supplementary schools, detailing characteristics of each structure as well as providing a useful comparison between the four possible forms.

The Polish Educational Society would like to thank Agata Dmoch for the initiative, preparation of the material and taking part in the production of the video. We are also sincerely grateful to the Polish Embassy in the UK whose financial support made the recording possible.
