GCSE COURSE – TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) set out the rules for participation in the GCSE course organised by the Polish Educational Society.
The organiser of the course is the Polish Educational Society, 238–246 King Street, London, W6 0RF.
2. Conditions for Participation in the Online Course
As the course is delivered online, participants are required to use appropriate equipment to ensure the proper functioning of the online platform and the quality of the service.
Each participant must have access to:
- a computer or laptop;
- a webcam (built-in or external);
- a microphone (built-in or external);
- speakers (built-in or external);
- an internet connection with sufficient speed to ensure good-quality communication.
3. Payment Terms
- The course fee covers participation in 8 online sessions and one in-person mock examination.
- Participants will receive course materials in electronic and/or printed format, as well as a certificate of completion.
- The course fee does not include participants’ travel expenses to in-person sessions.
- The full course fee must be paid at the time of registration by bank transfer to:

- The bank transfer reference must include the participant’s surname.
4. Discounts
- Course participants are entitled to a 10% discount on the examination fee, provided they sit their GCSE examination at the Polish Educational Society Examination Centre.
5. Course Cancellation
- Cancellations must be submitted by email to: pms@polskamacierz.org
- If cancellation is made more than 14 days before the course starts, the participant will not incur any charges.
- Failure to attend the course or cancellation less than 14 days before the course starts will result in the participant being charged the full course fee.
- No refunds will be given for missed sessions.
6. Personal Data Processing
- The organiser is the data controller of participants’ personal data. Personal data is processed solely for the purpose of delivering the course.
7. Final Provisions
- Submission of the GCSE course registration form constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
